Terms & Conditions

The following terms govern the cabinetry and design services provided by Armo Design Cuisines. Please review them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Agreement Overview

By requesting and engaging the cabinetry and design services provided by Armo Design Cuisines, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Armo Design Cuisines (the "Company"), operated by Daniel Tchatchoua, located at 90 C Boul Brunswick, Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC H9B 2C5.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Armo Design Cuisines, we are committed to delivering high-end, tailor-made cabinetry solutions that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the craftsmanship or installation of your custom cabinetry, we offer a satisfaction guarantee. You may submit your concerns in writing within 7 days of project completion, and our team will assess and address any valid deficiencies at no additional charge. Our goal is to ensure that every kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, or hall entry project we deliver reflects the quality and care our 30+ years of experience stands for.

2. Service Booking

Scheduling

Clients can schedule consultations and project appointments through our website at armodesign.ca, by phone at +1 514-929-7889, by email at info@armodesign.ca, or in person at our location. All appointments are subject to availability.

Access

Clients must provide adequate access to the premises at the scheduled consultation, measurement, or installation time. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees or delays in project timelines.

3. Design & Cabinetry Services

Scope

The scope of work will be as per the custom design package agreed upon during the consultation and outlined in the project proposal. This may include kitchen cabinetry, bathroom vanities, laundry room storage, or hall entry units as selected by the Client.

Materials

Armo Design Cuisines provides all necessary materials as specified in the agreed-upon project plan. If the Client has specific material preferences or requirements, these must be communicated and confirmed in writing prior to the commencement of any manufacturing or installation work.

4. Payments

Rates

Project rates are based on the scope, size, and complexity of the cabinetry work. Pricing ranges are as follows: Kitchen ($15,000–$20,000), Bathroom ($5,000–$10,000), Laundry Room ($10,000–$15,000), and Hall Entry ($5,000–$10,000). All rates are subject to change and will be confirmed in the written project proposal.

Payment

A deposit is required upon signing the project agreement to initiate design and manufacturing. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Late Payments

A late fee may be applied to outstanding balances not received within 5 business days of the agreed payment due date.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Client Cancellations

Cancellations made after the project has entered the manufacturing phase may result in forfeiture of the deposit, as materials and labor will have already been committed.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule installation appointments with a minimum of 48 hours advance notice, subject to team availability. Late rescheduling may result in additional fees.

6. Liability

Property Conditions

While Armo Design Cuisines takes great care during all installation and design work, the Company is not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing structural conditions, improper wall or floor substrates, plumbing or electrical issues, or conditions not disclosed by the Client prior to project commencement.

Health and Safety

Clients must ensure a safe and accessible working environment for our installation team. Any known hazards, structural concerns, or utility issues must be disclosed to the Company in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Armo Design Cuisines' liability shall be limited to the value of the services rendered under the agreed project. The Company shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or installation of cabinetry products.

7. Confidentiality

Client Information

Armo Design Cuisines treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Personal and project information will not be shared with or sold to third parties without the Client's explicit consent, except where required by law.

8. Termination of Services

Termination

Armo Design Cuisines reserves the right to terminate a project agreement at any time in the event of unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or conduct that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to our team. In such cases, any work completed up to the point of termination will be invoiced accordingly.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Quebec.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Armo Design Cuisines reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued engagement of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The most current version of these terms will always be available on our website at armodesign.ca.
